I will not eat green eggs and ham

I decided to make Drew some green eggs and ham. I’ve not dyed any food funny colors in quite awhile, and this provided the perfect excuse to do so.

raw green eggs and ham

To be accurate, this is green eggs and cheese and ham. And, unlike in the infamous novel of the same name as this dish, the eggs and ham are mixed together, rather then separate. So, it’s more like scrambled green eggs and ham. Then again, I’m not sure how to color the yolk green and leave the white part, well, white, as in the book. In any case, here’s how they came out:

Yay! I did not touch them, as I have an aversion to the majority of things involving egg yolk, but they are pretty, and Drew deemed them delicious.
