		<description>I broil my bacon (no mess!) until super crispy then throw it into my kitchenaid mixer with the paddle attachment. Bacon bits in 30 seconds! When I&#039;m feeling froggy, I&#039;ll put them all in a gallon ziplock with a large paper towel and shake it up and let it soak up any leftover oil available. Refridgerate or freeze and it never loses its crispiness!  </description>
