Just so you know, im already a sushi master with bacon. Heres a tip...buy the best quality turkey bacon, cook it all the way, and roll the rice in the tiny bit of grease it will leave on the pan. As long as you dont overcook the bacon, you will find this to be...OISHII!!!!!!!! Its my standard sushi method. You can even make little fried egg omolettes to put in the sushi. I know it sounds outlandish but its quite sophisticated when you think of what professionals in Japan tend to use in their sushi. with wasabi and a little pickled ginger you are good!

It was definitely too wet, my rice skills are unfortunately not so hot when my rice cooker is broken and I'm doing it all by stove!
