So I’ve been on this yogurt and cereal and fruit kick for awhile now. Got bored with raisins, moved on to peaches, then got bored with peaches, and moved on to other fruits. Tried microwaving a frozen blueberry/raspberry/strawberry mix and dumping that in, to fabulous effect:
So purple! To make this, I used cereal (I believe some kashi blueberry flake cereal), oatmeal, flax seeds (they’re flaxilicious!), a few globs of plain yogurt, and the fruit. And possibly some canned pineapple, as for some strange reason, the combination of the yogurt and pineapple makes me feel like I’m having a pina colada breakfast. My next idea: try adding some rum to this mix, for a real breakfast of champions!
