Charred Hot Dogs, Over The Stove
Posted on: October 5, 2008
There is only one way to properly cook a hot dog. The ideal circumstance, of course, is with an outdoor fire, which you can then use to make s’mores afterward. For those of us so unlucky to live in places that do not allow outdoor fires, or who simply do not own grills, I find that a gas stove does the trick quite nicely. I’m afraid you’re out of luck if you have an electric stove.

Too bad you totally can’t see the apparently minuscule flame that I promise was actually there. I recommend rolling a wood log into your dining room to sit upon while eating your stove-flamed hot dog. After that, you can roll out your sleeping bag and catch a nice rest!
